JT Contractors seeks a reliable and hardworking Handyman to support the day-to-day operations of an active construction site in Grand Cayman.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair work on site facilities and structures.
Assist with basic carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and finishing work.
Carry out minor masonry, concrete patching, and plumbing repairs.
Assist skilled tradespersons and site supervisors as required.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
Maintain site cleanliness and ensure work areas remain safe and free of hazards. Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs.
Comply with all workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in construction, maintenance, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, masonry, and general repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying materials.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Compensation & Benefits:
CI$8.75 per hour
