Maintenance Person.

Grand Cayman Property Services Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and motivated Maintenance Person to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in maintaining quality properties, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our team, you will help maintain and enhance our portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and well presented to our tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned properties
• Maintain and clean common areas, both indoors and outdoors
• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
• Carry out pressure washing, janitorial duties, and light fixture replacements
• Identify maintenance issues and report repair needs promptly
• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard of appearance and safety

What We're Looking For:
• Experience in general property maintenance, building repairs, or a related field
• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Own reliable vehicle for travel between properties during working hours
• Valid Cayman Islands driver's license
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency callouts when required

Compensation & Benefits:
CI$28,000 – CI$33,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
