to maintain a block of condos. Successful applicant must be capable of fixing appliances, septic systems and air conditioners and must have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role. The position will require long working hours, a minimum of 40 hours per week, and weekends. All applicants must have good people skills and be of proven integrity. References will be required.
