About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This hands-on role is essential in keeping our stores and equipment running smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial maintenance, particularly in supermarkets or commercial kitchens, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

What You’ll Do
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and gas systems
• Service and maintain food service equipment
• Disassemble, clean, rebuild, and test various machinery and equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during rotating 24-hour on-call shifts
• Communicate effectively with store staff, management, and vendors
• Complete work orders accurately and on time
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards
• Align, adjust, repair, and replace components of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and gas equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor and/or manager.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of general maintenance experience (supermarkets/commercial kitchens preferred)
• Commercial refrigeration certification strongly preferred
• Rack refrigeration and HVAC experience preferred
• Ability to braze refrigeration piping and read electrical/control diagrams
• Must have basic hand tools and equipment to perform the required Maintenance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights or in confined spaces
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to travel between store locations
