Qualified Applicants with 3–4 years' experience in general property maintenance and repairs. Applicants must be reliable, hardworking, able to work independently, and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Duties: Minor plumbing repairs, fixing locks and hinges, replacing light bulbs, patching walls and flooring, inspecting basic building systems, interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, general facility upkeep, and waste disposal. Must possess basic tool-handling skills and be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
