Legal Research Assistant.

Main Responsibilities
• To undertake legal research on a variety of corporate matters including specialised regulatory research for the firm's regulated Class A Bank and fund administrator clients and communicate research findings to attorneys in a clear and comprehensive manner;
• To support attorneys with legal research, drafting and administrative tasks, case management duties and general team responsibilities, together with certain elements of fee earning work under supervision, including: File opening and client care correspondence, Preparation of draft documents and forms for attorneys review and approval, Review of files and preparation of file summary notes, Assisting attorneys with the day-to-day running of client matters,
• To review KYC files of clients of the firm for FG Services Limited's CIMA post inspection,
remediation project;
• To provide review of KYC of new clients of the firm for AML/CFT purposes;
• To provide efficient support to lawyers in the Corporate and Family Office Practice Group
• To provide general administrative support to the Corporate and Family Office Practice Group;
• To attend client meetings with attorneys and take orderly and comprehensive notes;
• To update the firm's precedent bank and prepare standard template precedents
