About the Position

Crown Events Rentals & Services LTD. is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and experienced Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of events while ensuring all rental equipment and event materials are handled professionally and efficiently.

This role requires excellent physical stamina, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and breakdown for various functions and special events.
Lift, carry, load, and unload equipment and event items weighing over 50 lbs.
Arrange chairs, tables, seating layouts, tents, décor, and other event equipment according to client specifications and event plans.
Reorganize furniture and equipment as required during events.
Track, clean, maintain, and properly store rental inventory and equipment.
Ensure event materials are handled safely and carefully to prevent damage.
Work closely with supervisors, event coordinators, and planners to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, storage facilities, and event venues.
Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the event industry or related field.
Proven experience assisting with event setup and breakdown operations.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items over 50 lbs.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
