Seeking kitchen helper for plant-based kitchen. Duties include dishwasher, assisting with food prep, kombucha handling, focus on fermentation, maintain tidy kitchen, strict adherence to sanitary standards. Special events prep and execution. Flexibility & independent work required. 40 hrs per week minimum.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years kombucha handling AND/OR fermentation experience
· Minimum of 3 years experience working in a commercial kitchen
· Experience with plant-based recipes, including vegan sauces, cheeses, and nut meats
