Is hiring a Kitchen Helper.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Kitchen Helper to assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing traditional Spanish dishes and be skilled in making fresh corn tortillas and flavored tortillas.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist cooks with food preparation and basic kitchen duties.
Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and seasonings.
Make fresh corn tortillas and prepare tortillas with different flavors and ingredients.
Prepare and assist with a variety of traditional Spanish dishes.
Follow recipes, food preparation procedures, and portion requirements.
Keep the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients as needed.
Assist with cooking and plating food.
Properly store food and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Help receive and organize kitchen supplies.
Work cooperatively with cooks and other kitchen staff.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred.
Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and traditional Spanish dishes.
Experience making fresh corn tortillas is highly preferred.
Ability to make flavored or specialty tortillas.
Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen sanitation.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
Good attention to cleanliness and food safety.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry kitchen supplies when necessary.
Ability to work in a warm, fast-paced kitchen environment.
