We are seeking for a Kitchen Helper to provide excellent service to guests. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Help the chef to prep & season meats and other foods for the following day.
- Handle cash and process payments (cash, credi/debit cards)
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurants.
- Restock supplies and ingredients.
- Set tables and keep dining room and kitchen clean
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Fast-paced and high-energy environment
- MUST SANITIZE KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM.
- MUST KNOW HOW TO CHIP AND GRATE COCONUTS
- Standing and Walking for extended hours.
- Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work Monday-Friday until 2AM and Saturday-Sunday until 12AM
