About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our fast-paced takeout kitchen. You'll help prepare food and keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and assemble menu items to standard
2. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
3. Prep ingredients (chopping, portioning, washing produce)
4. Keep prep stations, counters, and floors clean and sanitized
5. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
6. Take out trash and manage recycling
7. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
8. Unload and store deliveries properly
9. Package orders for takeout accurately and efficiently
