Key responsibilities:
- Design millwork products for Kitchens, Baths and other interior spaces
- Managing the full cycle process: sales/design/install
- Prospecting and engaging potential customers and establishing a clientele base
- Networking with trade professionals and their clients to sell, design and close jobs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Kitchen & Bath sales and design
- Proficiency in 20/20 design software or similar
- A solid understanding of the Kitchen & Bath industry
- Ability to meet sales and design targets
- Design certificate or equivalent
Personal qualities:
- Well organized and able to perform without supervision
- Professional, efficient, and mature persona
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Compensation Package:
- Base plus commission: CI$36,000 – 60,000 per annum
Other Benefits:
- 2 weeks paid time off
- 10 days paid sick leave
- 5% Pension and 50% health insurance coverage
