Janitors/Cleaners.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our residential and commercial cleaning team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality cleaning services for homes, schools, offices, and businesses across Grand Cayman.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties in residential homes, offices, schools, and commercial properties
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, and restock supplies as needed
- Empty trash and manage waste disposal
- Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing as scheduled
- Follow client checklists and maintain quality standards at each site
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to supervisor
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning
- Experience working in homes, offices, schools, or businesses
- Reliable transportation required to get to various job sites across Grand Cayman
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties for full shifts
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear criminal record. Background check will be conducted
- Applicants must be Caymanian

Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday. 40 hours per week. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on client needs.
