We are seeking 10 dedicated and experienced Janitors.

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with proven experience in janitorial and strata cleaning services to help maintain the highest operational and hygiene standards at our assigned properties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Cleaning Operations: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and machine-clean all assigned floor surfaces to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards
• Sanitation Services: Clean, disinfect, and sanitize all restroom and washroom facilities in accordance with health and hygiene regulations
• Waste Management: Empty, segregate, and dispose of trash and recycling receptacles efficiently and discreetly
• Surface Maintenance: Dust, wipe, and sanitize desks, counters, fixtures, and common-area surfaces
• Window and Glass Care: Clean glass surfaces, windows, entry doors, and transparent fixtures for a professional appearance
• High-Traffic Area Management: Provide increased cleaning frequency in high-traffic areas
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with attention to detail and discretion at all times
Requirements
• Prior experience in janitorial services
