Janitor / Cleaner.

Purpose of the Role
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned residential, commercial, and public spaces, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities
● Clean and maintain assigned areas including homes, offices, schools, hospitals, malls, and outdoor spaces
● Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors of various types
● Dust ceilings, light fixtures, countertops, and furniture
● Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
● Empty waste bins and clean drains
● Refill consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
● Wipe down tables, shelves, and partitions
● Wash and dry windows and glass surfaces
● Report any damages, repairs, or supply shortages to the Team Leader or Supervisor
● Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and used appropriately
● Follow health and safety protocols, including proper use of chemicals and PPE
● Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Team Leader or Supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Prior cleaning experience or relevant training (e.g., Housekeeping Certificate) preferred
● Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment safely
● Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
● Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
● Comfortable working around pets and in diverse environments
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Conditions
● Exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and varying temperatures
● May involve early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts
● Uniform and equipment provided by the Company
● Work may be performed in private residences, commercial buildings, or outdoor areas
