The successful applicant will be required to perform a wide range of cleaning duties. Responsibilities will include general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, along with cleaning windows, mirrors, and restrooms. The applicant will also be responsible for removing stickers, labels, tapes, and protective films from furniture, fixtures, windows, and doors.
Additionally, the applicant will sanitize restrooms, remove debris from facilities, and carry out pre- and post-construction clean-up activities. These activities include clearing rubble, dirt, and other obstructions from worksites. Duties will further extend to pressure washing and cleaning interior surfaces, as well as collecting and disposing of trash and debris.
The applicant will maintain cleaning logs and reports and perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks or special assignments as directed by the contractor or employer.
