Lorna Wilson T/A ZEE N ZEE JANITORIAL SERVICES We are currently hiring a Janitor to provide comprehensive cleaning services to our residential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and order in various home environments, delivering excellent service with attention to detail.

**********Key Responsibilities:************

General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas.
Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe down furniture, countertops, window sills, and other household surfaces.
Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs, ensuring all areas are sanitized.
Kitchen Cleaning: Clean countertops, sinks, and the exterior of appliances; remove grease from stovetops and hoods.
Window and Glass Cleaning: Wash windows, mirrors, and glass doors, ensuring a streak-free finish.
Laundry Assistance: Perform laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and ironing (as requested by clients).
Specialized Cleaning: Spot-clean walls, doors, upholstery, and drapes.
Outdoor Maintenance: Sweep patios, entryways, and maintain outdoor furniture if required.
Quality Control: Ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards and report any issues or damage to the supervisor.

**********Qualifications*************

At least 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or residential cleaning.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $9.00 per hour
Hours: 45-hour work week
