Janitor.

Commercial and residential cleaning.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and sanitize floors, walls and other surfaces
Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, offices and common areas.
Polish tile or carpeted floors.
Wash windows, dust high surfaces, and shampoo carpets.
Empty garbage containers and replace liners
Dispose of garbage and other household and office waste.
Deep-cleaning carpets, floors, desks, chairs and other surfaces.
Scrub toilets, sinks, and urinals, and restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Operating commercial machinery, tools and equipment
Proper handling and application and use of cleaning chemicals and other cleaning supplies. Lock doors, turn off lights, and check windows after hours. Monitor and order cleaning supplies and chemicals.

Minimum of five years commercial and residential experience.
Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products and equipment.
Must be punctual, reliable and physically fit and capable of lifting items.

Clean police record, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to fluently read, write and speak English.
Willingness to work at all areas at early mornings, evenings and weekends, as may be required.
