JANITOR/JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR.

JM & M Janitorial Service is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Janitor/Janitorial Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing janitorial and cleaning duties while also supervising and coordinating janitorial staff to ensure that assigned facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties at assigned client locations.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain floors, surfaces, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Empty garbage and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Clean and disinfect washrooms, kitchens, fixtures, windows, doors, and other designated areas.
- Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products, equipment, and materials.
- Supervise, coordinate, and assign duties to janitorial staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure company and client cleaning standards are maintained.

Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise and work effectively with a team.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
