Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of facilities for clients as requested. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment by performing routine cleaning tasks and minor maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, carpets, and surfaces.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
Dust and wipe down desks, windows, and other surfaces.
Maintain and clean kitchen and common areas.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ensure all cleaning task are completed on schedule and meet company standards.
Requirements:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good time management skills and attention to detail.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed.
