Janitor.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor on behalf of our client Timothy Ebanks T/A Emerald Cleaning Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across assigned facilities by performing general cleaning and maintenance duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces.
Empty garbage bins and ensure proper disposal of waste. Restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns.
Follow workplace health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Provide professional cleaning services while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred. Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment.
