Irrigation Tech.

• Install complete irrigation systems, including piping, valves, sprinkler heads, drip irrigation, controllers, and pumps.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, broken sprinkler heads, damaged pipes, faulty valves, wiring issues, and controller malfunctions.
• Program and adjust irrigation controllers to optimize water usage and ensure healthy landscapes.
• Conduct system audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Read and interpret irrigation plans, blueprints, and site layouts.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding system operation, maintenance recommendations, and repair needs.
• Work closely with landscape installation and maintenance crews to coordinate project activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service reports.
• Keep work sites clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge related to irrigation systems.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, trenching equipment, and other landscaping equipment.
