Job Description:
- Installation: Setting up new HVAC systems, ductwork, and components.
- Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting systems (furnaces, AC units, chillers, boilers).
- Repair: Diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical failures, replacing parts, and handling emergency calls.
- Diagnostics: Identifying problems with complex HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency with electrical/mechanical systems, airflow/refrigerant cycles, and reading technical diagrams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong diagnostic and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in tight spaces.
