JOB VACANCY – HANDYMAN/GENERAL HELPER (FULL TIME)

JOB SUMMARY: 
The successful candidate will provide general support to the air conditioning technicians by assisting with non-
skilled tasks.
DUTIES INCLUDE: 
 Picking up and delivering air conditioning units, equipment, and supplies.
 Assisting technicians with non-skilled aspects of air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance.
 Preparing AC pad foundation using hand tools and jackhammer where required. 
 Assisting with the placement of air handler/condenser to designated locations.
 Assisting with transporting AC piping and materials to designated areas.
 Running errands to suppliers and hardware stores.
 Cleaning and maintaining company vehicles, tools, equipment, and work area. 
 Following company safety policies and procedures at all times.  
 Prepare work areas before installation or repair.
 Clean and organize job sites before, during, and after work is completed.
 Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
 Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Helper or General Helper.
 Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
 Valid driver's license.
 Ability to Drive Manual vehicles.
 Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
 Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
 Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of technicians.
 Ability to keep work areas, tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized.
 Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
HOURS: 
45 hours per week.
SALARY & BENEFITS 
KYD$8.75 to $12 per hour
