Position Overview: We are seeking a well experienced and highly responsible Handyman which will provide and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our growing construction and interior fit-out projects.
Salary Range: KYD 10.00 – KYD 12.00/ per hour (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (Morning Shift) 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment required for construction projects.
• Perform physical tasks including carrying and lifting materials, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
• Assist in the installation and assembly of wooden structures and concrete works in accordance with project specifications.
• Participate in general repairs and maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safe and proper storage of tools, materials, and equipment on site.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment and adherence to construction site regulations.
• Operate various power tools to efficiently and securely complete assigned construction tasks.
• Perform mechanical and HVAC-related work as required.
• Adhere strictly to local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Carry out emergencies and ad hoc tasks assigned.
• Conduct inspections and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
