We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and hardworking Handyman to perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of residential and/or commercial properties. The successful candidate should be able to work independently, follow instructions, identify maintenance issues, and complete tasks safely and professionally.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings and property.
Carry out basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
Perform minor electrical repairs and replace fixtures when qualified and permitted.
Repair doors, locks, windows, cabinets, shelves, and other fixtures.
Perform painting, patching, caulking, and minor drywall repairs.
Assemble, install, and repair furniture and other household fixtures.
Carry out basic carpentry and general construction-related tasks.
