General Construction Labourer.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Construction Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradesmen, contractors and supervisors with a variety of general construction duties, ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with general construction and site preparation activities.
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
Assist tradesmen, contractors as directed.
Perform basic site-cleanup duties, lifting, carrying of materials.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Assist with measuring, preparing, and installing materials as required.
Sort and dispose of construction debris and waste appropriately.
Perform other general labour duties as assigned by the supervisor or site manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
At least 2 years previous construction or general labour experience is an asset.
Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and manual labour.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an advantage.
Valid driver's licence is an asset.
