We are seeking experienced and dependable Gardeners with of hands-on experience in landscaping and horticulture. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plant care, be capable of working independently, and contribute to maintaining high-quality outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform advanced landscaping duties including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing lawns and garden beds to a high standard.
* Plan, plant, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and other greenery, ensuring optimal growth and presentation.
* Identify, diagnose, and treat plant diseases, pests, and soil deficiencies effectively.
* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and backhoes.
* Assist team members on landscaping projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
* Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and sustainability.
* Provide recommendations for landscape improvements and seasonal planting.
* Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture.
* Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, and irrigation systems.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ pounds).
* Able to work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
* Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
* Valid driver’s license required.
