A Coach for the younger age groups who is experienced in working with the ages 9 - 15 years old in a responsible, pedagogical way to foster the growth mindsets of our children.
Experience:
Minimum 5- 10 years at a Professional Youth Academy or Top Amateur Club.
- Experience of delivering fun but serious, learnful sessions to the 9 - 15 years age group.
- Knowledge and understanding of the growth mindset principles.
- Demonstrate an understanding of mentoring young children
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills, which are culturally competent
- Good organizational skills, able to prioritize and work within deadlines
- Ability to work independently and supervise if required
- Ability to monitor and evaluate program delivery
