FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVER.

WHITE ORCHID LTD T/A THAI HOUSE RESTAURANT OF GRAND CAYMAN CANNON BRANCH are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Server to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities
Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to members and guests.
Set tables, polish glasses, fold napkins, and replenish condiments.
Take and follow up on food and beverage orders with the kitchen.
Serve food, snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Process payments using computer systems and paper chits.
Attend pre-shift and general meetings.
Maintain clean, sanitary, organized, and well-stocked service areas.
Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
Sweep, vacuum, and prepare linens for collection.
Follow all cleaning, stocking, food safety, and service procedures.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and people skills.
Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexible to work shifts, extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Clean police record.
