Duties
• Create or review current organisation structures, roles, systems, processes, and procedures
• Identify deficiencies or potential for improvement
• Define industry best practice solutions
• Implement systems and changes for improved operational and cost efficiencies
• Document new and/or updated policies and procedures
• Review new activities to ensure continuous improvement
• Define corporate governance
• Ensure corporate compliance
• Provide reports to assist the decision-making process management
• Provide analysis for capital investment
• Calculate KPIs
• Produce financial statements and management reports
• Review monthly and annual financials
• Manage Audits
• Manage multi-currency treasury & capital structure
• Evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risk
• Manage to strategic planning
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members
• Oversee corporate governance
Key Competencies Required for this Role
• Responsible for finance, operations, people and change implementation, working with multiple clients of varying industries
• Strong communication skills which lead and encourage people
• Analytical and logical to find or create solutions to problems
• Flexible with a positive attitude
• Exceptional commercial awareness allowing a great understanding of the business
• Extremely organised in order to maintain multiple projects within multiple entities
Education & Experience (Requirements)
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance or accounting
• Accounting qualification (desirable)
• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 10 senior level years with proven results in change implementation
• Previous experience across a range of industries
• Experience in system implementation
• International experience (desirable)
Working Hours: Full-time. 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, including a one-hour lunch break.
40 hours per week / 160 hours per month. Given the nature of the role, clients may occasionally expect responses outside of standard working hours and on weekends.
Salary: KYD $100,000 – $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
