Key Responsibilities
• Plant, grow, water, and maintain cash crops
• Prepare soil and apply fertilizers appropriately to support healthy crop growth
• Monitor crops for pests, diseases, and general plant health
• Harvest crops and prepare produce for sale
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm and work areas
• Assist customers purchasing products and provide friendly customer service
