An experienced, motivated, personality +, articulate and confident person is needed to join our team and fill the role of a Sales Representative in an upbeat and progressive, work environment. This successful candidate would be required to upsell/cross sell and promote health and beauty products in-field to wholesale accounts.
REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES
3 YEARS Previous experience in sales and a proven track record of success. (Kindly note that experience as cashier, food service or construction will not be considered as sales experience).
Strong SALES TRAINING and structured sales abilities. Individual must be familiar with the steps in selling and can demonstrate an accurate sales pitch
OWN VEHICLE IS MANDATORY (Gas allowance will be provided)
A focused, and goal-oriented mindset to consistently achieve results which comes by researching and learning about the products we sell on own initiative, within a period of time. All learning materials will be provided.
A high school diploma or equivalent required, business administrative diploma a plus.
Clean driver's license and own transportation.
You will be responsible for:
Actively engaging with existing customers and creating relationships with new clients to understand their requirements.
Presenting the product in a persuasive yet professional manner.
Meeting and exceeding sales target on a steady basis.
Accurately maintain records of sales transactions
Assisting with deliveries on a weekly basis
