ELEMENTARY TEACHER.

Core Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area from an accredited institution (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching certificate/license recognized by the Cayman Islands.
• Minimum of three years of full-time teaching experience in an accredited school using a US-based or International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Demonstrated experience planning, delivering, and assessing student learning.
• Experience managing a classroom environment and supporting student development.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning.

Role-Specific Requirements:

Elementary Teacher
• Degree specialization in Elementary or Primary Education.
• Experience teaching in a primary/elementary classroom.
• Experience with standards-based assessment and reporting.
• Experience differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Demonstrated experience supporting students’ social-emotional development.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
