Is offering Employment for: EIFS-Stucco Applicator and Drywall Installer.
This construction worker is responsible for installing and applying a multi-layered exterior wall cladding system. This involves several tasks, including:

- Preparing the surface for application
- Installing insulation boards
- Applying a base coat with reinforcing mesh
- Applying the finish coat for texture and color
- Performing sealing and finishing touches, such as caulking around penetrations
- Joining drywall panels using tape and plaster
- Repairing cracks and other damage to drywall panels
- Concealing imperfections or exposed irregularities in the drywall surface
- Applying layers of plaster or spackle with a trowel to create a flat surface
- Sanding down rough areas to achieve a smooth finish
- Skimming the surface with a final layer of plaster in preparation for finishing work
- Cutting neat openings in boards for electrical outlets, vents, and fixtures
- Installing metal framing and decorative trim for windows, doorways, and vents

The role may also involve supervising general construction workers when necessary.
