Early Childhood Practitioner/Outreach Support.

Full time Early Childhood Practitioner/Outreach Support required to work as part of an outreach team to support play based learning in preschools in Grand Cayman. The successful applicant will work alongside our Outreach Committee, ECCE and LIFE in a variety of settings to assist in improving the provision of designated Early Childhood Centres. The role requires a dynamic, experienced Early Childhood Practitioner with relevant previous classroom experience. A PGCE and/QTS in Early Years or equivalent is required.
An ability to communicate effectively, have a high standard of written English, to be able to implement developmentally appropriate opportunities using CIEYCF and EYFS, to have a strong work ethic and to follow all safeguarding protocols are all imperative. Applicant must evidence strong understanding of how to plan and execute effective lesson planning following the developmental needs of the children and the curriculum within each school.
Hours - 40 hours per week

Starting salary between $3700 and $3800 per month dependent on qualifications and experience.
