• Develop a creative and effective program suitable for preschool children using BrightWheel.
• Guide and support teaching partner(s) in understanding their roles and the teacher’s role.
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children.
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem through BrightWheel.
• Encourage children to interact with each other and help resolve occasional conflicts.
• Guide children in developing their artistic and practical capabilities through a well-constructed curriculum (identifying shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.).
• Organize nap and snack times and supervise children to ensure their safety.
• Track children's progress and report to parents using BrightWheel.
• Communicate regularly with parents to understand the children’s background and psyche through BrightWheel and one-on-one meetings.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
