Reporting to the Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the preparedness, response and community resilience of the program. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across emergency planning, humanitarian response, volunteer readiness, logistics and disaster related projects. Design & deliver disaster preparedness training for staff, volunteers and stakeholders; Support the emergency activation of the National Emergency Operations Center (NEOC); Manage disaster related programs/projects including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring & evaluation and reporting; Represent the CI Red Cross at relevant local, regional and international forums.
