The Employee will support the Governance Services business and be accountable for its operations and
services standards, whilst creating strong, profitable and personal relationships with clients and service
providers within the digital asset and asset management industries.

Main responsibilities

• Acting as a director, with a particular focus on the Digital Asset and Asset Management ecosystems, including token issuance structures, Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), investment fund and management structures, and operating vehicles.
• Leading and participating in board meetings and adhering to responsibilities as a director, at the highest standard of care and in accordance with the policies and procedures of Marfire and its regulators.
• Working with the team to develop new business for Marfire, including participation in client meetings, client calls and potential business travel.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with all service providers within the digital asset and asset management ecosystems.
• Document board and internal meetings as required with detailed meeting minutes for yourself and the larger Governance Services team.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, articles and other materials as required to support the business of Marfire. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
• Review and provide commentary on internal or client documents, financial statements, regulatory filings and/or any client document deliverable.
• Producing service proposals for clients, taking ownership for won client onboarding, ensuring all due diligence and KYC procedures are adhered to at the highest standard of compliance.
• Maintain and update CRM databases, including contact lists, employee records, and other relevant information as required.
Qualifications and Experience
• Professional accounting designation required (CA/ACA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• At least 6 years’ experience working in Alternative Investments.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a management level role that is client-facing.
• At least 5 years’ demonstrable experience and knowledge of the Digital Assets space is critical.
• Demonstrable experience with preparing and delivering presentations and working directly with clients and service providers.
