Digital Media Specialist.

Position Summary
The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for the strategic development and execution of social media activities for Cayman Finance. This role ensures consistent messaging, a strong visual identity, and effective engagement with both local and international audiences.

The functions of this role include, but are not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities for Cayman Finance:

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that supports organisational goals and enhances public engagement.
• Create and manage content calendars and posting schedules across relevant digital platforms.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of integrated campaigns, including events, communications, and stakeholder outreach.

• Marketing
• Be a champion for the Cayman Finance brand, helping ensure its visual identity and tone of voice remain consistent and true to the brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the procurement, inventory, and distribution of branded merchandise to ensure consistency, availability, and alignment with brand standards.
• Contribute to email marketing and website content to ensure brand consistency and alignment with engagement goals.

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-level social media management, with a demonstrated ability to lead strategy, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms.
• A Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with digital tools, including but not limited to:
o Website: WordPress
o Graphic Design: Canva
o Email Marketing/CRM: ActiveCampaign
o Scheduling/Analytics Tools: Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and native platform analytics tools
• Comfortable working outside of standard business hours, as required by the role.
