Client Engagement Manager.

We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities: Manage Salesforce investor segmentation, pipeline, activity records, reports and dashboards. Plan targeted, multi-channel outreach across US and international markets; build prospective and existing investor relationships; and coordinate introductions through funding. Prepare investor communications and marketing materials; organise investor events and conference participation; coordinate meetings, briefings and pipeline/campaign updates.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or a related discipline; 5+ years’ experience in business development, client acquisition or relationship management within financial, professional or corporate services, working across multiple jurisdictions. Demonstrable track record of building and converting new-business pipelines against revenue or deal targets; advanced hands-on Salesforce experience managing opportunities, reports and dashboards; experience delivering and measuring targeted outreach campaigns, producing professional marketing content and coordinating client events; and strong written communication and attention to detail.
Experience in investment management, funds, alternative investments or international investor markets preferred. Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals, family offices, advisers or institutional investors; Salesforce certification; or a relevant postgraduate qualification advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
This full-time role offers a salary in the range of USD 80,000 – USD 100,000 per annum. Benefits include performance-related bonus and statutory benefits. Standard office hours are Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm. As a professional and managerial role, overtime may be required.
