Position: Cultural Walking Tour Guide
Hours: 40 hours per week
Wage: USD 11.28 per hour

Sealand Adventure Tours seeks a highly organized, motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor to lead our new Cultural Walking Tours.

Duties include leading cultural walking tours highlighting Caymanian history, landmarks, and traditions, delivering accurate historical information and engaging storytelling, providing exceptional customer service and answering guest questions, assisting with tour coordination and guest check‑ins, and maintaining professional communication with operations.

Qualifications required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one to two years’ experience in tourism, guiding, or customer service. Strong public speaking and storytelling ability. Knowledge of Caymanian culture and history (training provided). Weekend and public holiday availability. Group 2 Driver’s Licence and/or Public Transport Licence is an asset. Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
