JOB TITLE: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
SALARY: CI$60,000 - CI$85,000 pa
WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 2-year contract

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Development Team. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

DO YOU HAVE:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar operational or team member learning/training role
Proven experience applying lean or continuous improvement methodologies
Strong computer literacy; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project management systems such as PMWeb
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with training, strategic planning, or performance measurement
The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
A goal-oriented, adaptable, and self-driven mindset

WE WANT YOU TO:

Lead and support key continuous improvement initiatives across the Development Team
Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains
Develop and manage onboarding programs for project and team-specific roles
Promote and embed lean design and construction practices and methodologies across the Development Team
Administer Lessons Learned process, promoting collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teams
Coordinate and report on Learning and Development activities
Facilitate training, Kaizen events, and other lean initiatives
Manage process documentation and ensure compliance with company standards
Drive knowledge management and strategic planning efforts
Monitor and report on improvement outcomes using analytics
Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance
