Computer Repair Technician / Sales Representative.

We are seeking an experienced Computer Repair Technician / Sales Representative to provide technical support, equipment repairs, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Windows PCs, Apple Mac computers, and printers.
• Travel to customer locations to perform onsite diagnostics, repairs, installations, and technical support.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and IP configuration.
• Recommend and sell suitable computers, printers, accessories, parts, and related services.
• Clearly explain technical issues and proposed solutions to customers.
• Complete all required documentation, including mileage and time records, parts used, work completed, and service-history reports.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding repairs and customer enquiries.

Requirements
• This is not an entry-level position.
• 3-5 years of relevant computer and printer repair experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems without direct supervision.
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Basic networking and IP configuration experience.
• Strong sales, customer-service, and communication skills.
• Must be dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.
