Compliance Associate.

Founded in 2022, Claritas Compliance is a specialist regulatory compliance consultancy providing client-focused advice and support.

Join our small team as a compliance officer, working closely with experienced senior colleagues.

Your work will include regulatory research, drafting policies and procedures, compliance manuals, risk assessments, and training materials and presentations.

You will be required to take ownership of your work and build your skills across a range of clients and regulatory matters.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2–4 years’ compliance experience, ideally in financial services, professional services or a regulatory environment.

Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, business or a related field
Strong research, drafting and analytical skills, with close attention to detail.

Able to turn instructions into finished work with guidance.

Committed, organised and reliable, with the flexibility to handle varied tasks and priorities.

Open to feedback and able to revise work accurately and promptly.

Confident communicating with colleagues and clients.

Keen to learn and to take on new challenges.

WHAT WE OFFER

Annual compensation: USD$85,000 p.a. plus discretionary bonus
Training with experienced colleagues and scope to grow a friendly and flexible working environment. This is a full-time position with flexible hours Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
