The National Gallery of the Cayman Islands (“NGCI”) (the “organisation”) is a Public Authority and the country’s leading visual arts organisation and cultural home for Caymanian art. Through exceptional collections, inspiring experiences and meaningful partnerships, we enrich the lives of present and future generations.

NGCI is seeking an experienced and imaginative Communications, Membership & Development Manager (“postholder”) to lead an integrated function connecting public engagement, institutional reputation, membership and philanthropic support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Director, the Communications & Development Manager will lead NGCI’s institutional communications and help translate growing public engagement into stronger membership, partnerships and financial support.

The successful candidate will develop and implement NGCI’s communications strategy, oversee campaigns and institutional messaging, lead media relations and protect and strengthen the Gallery’s public reputation.

NGCI’s Event Coordinator will lead the operational delivery of membership, cultivation and fundraising events.
