Role and Responsibilities

Business Strategy:
• The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for working with the Managing Director to develop and drive the business strategy required to achieve Align's aims and objectives, translating the company's growth ambitions into concrete operational plans across all sites — the three outpatient clinics, the inpatient hospital service, and the sister islands. This includes setting strategic priorities for service expansion and resource allocation, tracking progress against agreed goals, and advising the Managing Director/Board on strategic options, risks and opportunities as the business grows.

This covers oversight of maintenance and repairs, management of the cleaning and facilities contractors, procurement and servicing of equipment, and ensuring all sites meet health, safety and regulatory standards at all times — responding promptly to facilities issues as they arise, including outside normal hours, to avoid disruption to patient care.

Patient Management
• Work with the Billing and booking team to oversee patient intake, booking, benefit verification and records across all outpatient clinics and the inpatient service; liaise daily with clinicians on operational and HR matters, including outside standard hours where urgent matters require it.

Front Desk

Clinic & Inpatient Operations
• Oversee day-to-day running of all outpatient clinics and the inpatient hospital service, including equipment/supplies procurement and facility management teams
• Roster therapists and clinical support staff across all sites and sister-island visits to ensure coverage at all times, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Business Development
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, corporates, sports clubs and other third parties to build referral networks across Grand Cayman and the sister islands.

Marketing Supervision:
• The Clinical Practice Manager oversees Align's marketing activity across all clinics, managing relevant agencies and third-party partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and aligned with the wider business strategy. This includes reviewing marketing performance and spend, coordinating promotional activity around service launches or expansions, and working with the clinical and front-desk teams to ensure marketing initiatives translate into patient bookings and referrals

.Reporting
• Provide regular reporting of patient and business metrics to the clinical team, consolidated across outpatient, inpatient and sister-island activity.
3. Working Hours, On-Call Duty and Travel

• 24/7 on-call availability, with prompt response to clinical, staffing and operational issues at any hour including weekends and public holidays.
• Regular movement between three outpatient clinics and the inpatient service, plus periodic travel to Cayman's sister islands, at times requiring overnight stays.

Requirements
• 15+ years' senior operational, project or business management experience, ideally in fast-growing/start-up environments.
• Qualification in HR/Business/Operations Management or Healthcare Administration (or equivalent experience),
