• Provide professional, compassionate and high-quality clinical support to clients within their homes, while managing complex client care plans
• Lead the recruitment, development, and mentorship of the clinical staff, whilst promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Oversee and supervise the daily delivery of client care, manage staff performance.
• Oversee the staffing schedules for the Clinical Team, workflow and budgets to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise the nursing and clinical teams to ensure adherence to individualized care plans and best practices, including the scheduling of weekly assignments for on-call duties.
• Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings with the Nursing Team and ensure all weekly plans and activity reports are carefully reviewed and followed through.
• Ensure weekly client visits are maintained, monitored and well documented by the visiting nurses in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote and maintain a culture of accountability, compassion, and professionalism within the Nursing and Clinical Team.
