Charter boat Operations Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Perform routine mechanical maintenance and basic repairs on boats and marine equipment.
2. Prepare and set up tour boats daily for excursions including Stingray City, snorkeling trips, Starfish Point, and Bio Bay tours.
3. Operate vessels ranging from 30–45 feet, including safe anchoring, docking, and maneuvering when required.
4. Assist guests with snorkeling equipment, provide hotel guest briefings, explain tour details, and support all tour-related activities.
5. Assist the Captain in delivering a five-star customer service experience to all guests.
6. Support the Captain in managing and coordinating all watersports activities.
7. Operate boats and provide support to the Captain as required during tours.
8. Assist the hostess with serving beverages and food items to guests.
9. Manage and support guest activities including wildlife interaction areas, Jet Ski operations, hydraulic boat platforms, water toys, beach setups, and recreational games.
10. Deliver safety briefings, snorkeling instructions, and Jet Ski operation briefings.
11. Assist with maintenance and servicing of boats and Jet Skis.
12. Clean, prepare, and stock ice coolers daily with ice, beverages, and supplies.
13. Ensure vessels are cleaned after each charter and maintained in excellent operational condition.
14. Must be available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
15. Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of company operational premises.
16. Assist with creating social media content and company promotional releases.
17. Complete daily inventory checks and restock consumable items on vessels.
18. Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.
19. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
