Carpenter/Mason.

• Carry out general building renovations, repairs, and finishing work on residential and commercial properties. • Install and repair doors, door frames, windows, partitions, ceilings, baseboards, and trims. • Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden fixtures and fittings • Perform drywall installation and finishing.• Carry out plastering, rendering, patching, and smoothing of walls and ceilings.• Repair damaged concrete, blockwork, walls, and other masonry surfaces.• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling cracks, and applying finishing materials.• Perform minor block laying, cement work, and concrete repairs as required during renovations.• Install and repair cabinetry, shelving, countertops, and other interior fittings.• Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and renovation specifications • Operate and maintain carpentry and masonry tools and equipment safely.• Ensure all renovation and finishing work is completed to a high standard of quality and workmanship. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and perform other related duties as assigned
